Shannon's Hope might have a small staff team, but each member is dedicated to the mission and vision of the ministry.

Leslie started Shannon's Hope in 1982. She currently works directly with the residents as they make new life choices that will make a life-long impact on their children. In her freetime, she enjoys spending time with her family. Leslie was recently awarded CBS4 "Everyday Hero" Award for her strong commitment and hard work with Shannon's Hope.
