Shannon's Hope Maternity Home

Each applicant is screened and interviewed prior to acceptance in our residential facility. We require each resident to participate in our "Phase Program." Each phase builds a foundation for responsible living and prepares the resident for the next phase.

The program requirements include classes on budgeting, nutrition, counseling, pre and post-natal management, parenting or adoption options, self-esteem assessment, decision-making skills and relationship training. We also require attendance at a church of her choice and Bible study classes.

Together, in a family atmosphere, the moms share in craft night, movie night, a monthly night out, and a baby shower for the new mother.
